刘铁军教授从肠毒辨治肝硬化内毒素血症

刘铁军教授认为,肝硬化内毒素血症当以"肠毒"立论,大肠传导功能受损,毒邪不能有效排出,肝脏解毒功能减低是肝硬化内毒素血症发生、发展、迁延不愈、产生多种并发症的原因。肠毒作为肝硬化内毒素血症的主要致病因素,其形成与肝、大肠的生理特点密切相关。刘教授在肝硬化内毒素血症的治疗上,主张将中医理论与西医现代研究的有机结合,将"中医下法"运用在其辨证论治的全过程,并在此基础,将"肝与大肠相通"等中医传统理论融入其中,研发出疗效确切的成药"毒消肝清丸",为肝硬化内毒素血症的治疗提供新方法、新思路。
