中医辨证施护结合循证护理对支气管哮喘发作期的应用研究

目的:分析中医辨证施护结合循证护理对支气管哮喘发作期的应用效果。方法:纳入病例是100例支气管哮喘发作期患者,病例筛选时间是2018年2月-2019年2月。以抽签方法将患者纳入到干预组和对照组,对照组予以优质护理,干预组实施中医辨证施护结合循证护理,对比两组护理前后依从性、生活质量、中医证候积分和疾病控制效果。结果:对比接受护理后依从性、生活质量、中医证候积分变化,两组有明显差异,P<0.05。病情控制总有效率高于对照组,两组相比有明显差异,P<0.05。干预组患者护理干预后,肺功能水平指标均优于对照组,两组相比有明显差异,P<0.05。结论:支气管哮喘发作期开展中医辨证施护结合循证护理能够保障更佳的护理质量,可提高病情控制效率,保障患者的治疗依从性与生活质量显著提升。

Application of TCM syndrome di fferentiation and evidence-based nursingin treating bronchial asthma

Objective:To analyze the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and evidence-based nursing on the onset of bronchial asthma.Methods:100 patients were divided into the study group and the control group by lottery.The control group was given high-quality care.The study group applied TCM syndrome differentiation with evidence-based care.Results:The compliance,quality of life and TCM symptom score were better in the study group,P﹤0.05.The total efficiency was higher in the study group,P﹤0.05.Lung function indicators in the study group were better than the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation and evidence-based nursing on bronchial asthma during the onset can ensure better efficacy,by improve compliance and quality of life.
