腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗不同时段急性胆囊炎的手术时机及临床疗效

目的:探究使用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗不同时段急性胆囊炎的手术时机和临床效果.方法:选取2018年4月-2019年4月广州市番禺区中医院收治的168例急性胆囊炎患者,以发病到手术时间作为区分的标准,将所有患者分为早期急性胆囊炎组和延迟性急性胆囊炎组,两组患者分别为91例和77例,分析实行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况.结果:延迟性急性胆囊炎组患者的术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间明显高于早期急性胆囊炎组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:早期急性胆囊炎患者使用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,其治疗效果好,且明显高于延迟性急性胆囊炎,较早诊断及治疗急性胆囊炎可以提高治疗的临床效果,有利于患者恢复.

The operation timing and clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis in different periods

Objective:To explore the surgical opportunity and clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis in different time periods.Methods:168 patients with acute cholecystitis admitted to Guangzhou Panyu Hospital of Chinese medicine from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected.All patients were divided into the early acute cholecystitis group and the delayed acute cholecystitis group with the onset to the operation time as the standard of differentiation.The two groups of patients were of 91 and 77 respectively,and the intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospital stay and complications in the two groups of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed.Results:The intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospital stay of patients in the delayed acute cholecystitis group were significantly higher than those in the early acute cholecystitis group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with early acute cholecystectomy has a good therapeutic effect,which is significantly higher than that of delayed acute cholecystitis.Early diagnosis and treatment of acute cholecystitis can improve the clinical effect of treatment,which is conducive to the recovery of patients.
