南京市部分企业销售人员心理资本、职业压力对心理健康的影响

目的探讨南京市部分企业销售人员心理资本、职业压力对心理健康的影响,旨在为销售人员开展心理健康护理干预提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,于2019年1-6月对在南京医科大学第一附属医院体检中心进行健康检查的部分企业销售人员进行职业压力、心理资本及心理健康问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果南京市部分企业销售人员心理资本总分为85.08±7.64,得分率为70.90%;职业压力总分为55.16±9.48,得分率为73.55%;症状自评量表(SCL-90)总分为268.83±78.52,得分率为59.56%。南京市部分企业销售人员心理资本总分与SCL-90总分呈负相关(r=-0.762,P<0.01),职业压力总分与SCL-90总分呈正相关(r=0.684,P<0.01),心理资本总分与职业压力总分呈负相关(r=-0.619,P<0.01),心理资本在职业压力和心理健康之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为-0.27,占总效应的39.13%。结论南京市部分企业销售人员心理健康状况不容乐观,心理资本在职业压力和心理健康之间起部分中介作用,提高其心理资本水平有助于降低其职业压力和改善心理健康状况。

Effects of psychological capital and occupational stress on psychological health of salesmen in some enterprises in Nanjing City

Objective To explore the effects of psychological capital and occupational stress on mental health of salesmen in some enterprises in Nanjing City,in order to provide reference for psychological health nursing intervention of salesmen.Methods Using convenience sampling method,from January to June 2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted on occupational stress,psychological capital and mental health of some enterprise salesmen who underwent health examination in the physical examination center of Physical Examination Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.Results The total score of psychological capital of salesmen in some enterprises in Nanjing City was 85.08±7.64,and the scoring rate was 70.90%.The total score of occu pational stress was 55.16±9.48,and the scoring rate was 73.55%.The total score of SCL-90 was 268.83±78.52,and the scoring rate was 59.56%.The total score of psychological capital of salesmen in some enterprises in Nanjing City was negatively correlated with the total score of SCL-90(r=-0.762,P<0.01).The total score of occupational stress was positively correlated with the total score of SCL-90(r=0.684,P<0.01),and the total score of psychological capital was negatively correlated with the total score of occupational stress(r=-0.619,P<0.01).Psychological capital played a part of mediating role between occupational stress and mental health,and the mediating effect was-0.27,accounting for 39.13%of the total effect.Conclusion Psychological health of salesmen in some enterprises in Nanjing City is not optimistic.Psychological capital plays a part of intermediary role between occupational stress and mental health.Improving the level of psychological capital helps to reduce their occupational stress and improve their mental health.
