| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药消白汤联合紫外光照射治疗白癜风的疗效。方法:选择396例白癜风患者随机分成两组,对照组只接受紫外光照射治疗,研究组实施中药消白汤联合紫外光照射,观察对比两组的治疗有效率及治疗后两组患者的白癜风相关性外周血理化指标变化情况,并计算病损皮肤面积。结果:研究组白癜风治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,且治疗后研究组患者的白癜风相关性外周血理化指标变化情况及病损皮肤面积也明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:中药消白汤通过调节阴阳气机进而调理免疫,再联合紫外光照射治疗可以起到如虎添翼的治疗效果,该联合疗法能有效控制各种类型白癜风病情的进一步发展,改善白癜风患者生活质量。

A clinical study on treating vitiligo with the Xiaobai decoction plus ultraviolet light irradiation |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of the Xiaobai decoction(消白汤)plus ultraviolet light irradiation on vitiligo.Methods:396 patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was only treated by ultraviolet light.The study group was treated with TCM medicine the Xiaobai decoction plus ultraviolet light.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the changes of vitiligo-related peripheral blood physicochemical indexes and disease skin recovery rate in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The TCM medicine Xiaobai decoction can regulate the immunity by regulating the Yinyang Qiji(阴阳气机),and showed good efficacy with ultraviolet light irradiation. It can effectively control the further development of various types of vitiligo and improve the quality of life ofpatients with vitiligo. |
