健能生物透骨液外敷治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效观察

目的:观察健能生物透骨液治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:选取颈肩腰腿痛患者300例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各150例。对照组给予塞来昔布和甲钴胺常规治疗。观察组给予塞来昔布和甲钴胺常规治疗,同时给予健能生物透骨液外敷患处治疗。通过对比治疗前后两组患者疼痛、肿胀、功能受限改善情况,对两组患者颈肩腰腿痛临床疗效进行评估。结果:观察组总有效率为83.45%(121/145),对照组总有效率为70.42%(110/142),观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)和临床主要症状评分均较治疗前降低,但观察组降低程度较为明显(P<0.05)。两组一般资料(病程、年龄、性别)组间比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健能生物透骨液对颈肩腰腿痛有较好临床效果,可明显改善颈肩腰腿疼痛症状、消除肿胀,改善局部功能受限,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of external application of Jianneng Biological BoneSolution in the treatment of neck and shoulder pain and back pain

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianneng Biological Bone Solution(健能生物透骨液)in the treatmentof neck,shoulder,back and leg pain.Methods:A total of 300 patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain were selected and randomlydivided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional treatment with celecoxib andmecobalamin.The observation group was given conventional treatment with celecoxib and mecobalamin and Jianneng Biological BoneSolution,and the treatment was given to the a ffected area.The clinical e fficacy of neck,shoulder,back and leg pain was evaluated bycomparing the improvement of pain,swelling and functional limitation between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Thetotal effective rate was 83.45%(121/145)in the observation group and 70.42%(110/142)in the control group.The total effective rate ofthe observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS pain score and the clinical main symptomscores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but the degree of reduction in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in general disease,age,sex(P>0.05).Conclusion:JiannengBiological Bone Solution has a good clinical effect on neck,shoulder,back and leg pain,which can significantly relieve the symptoms ofneck,shoulder and back pain,eliminate swelling and improve local function limitation.It is worthy of clinical application.
