FibroScan评价恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗乙肝性肝硬化代偿期疗效的Meta分析

目的:用Meta分析的方法评价用FibroScan测量肝脏硬度值评估恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片对乙肝性肝硬化代偿期的治疗效果。方法:纳入研究对象是乙肝性肝硬化代偿期的患者,干预措施为对照组口服恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上服用复方鳖甲软肝片治疗,观测指标为肝脏硬度值的临床试验,使用RevMan 5.3软件对治疗前后肝脏硬度变化值进行Meta分析。结果:在58篇已发表论文中选出符合要求的论文9篇;Meta分析提示,两组患者的性别构成没有统计学意义,在治疗12个月后,与对照组相比,联合治疗组肝脏硬度值下降程度显著优于对照组。结论:复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝性肝硬化代偿期患者比单独应用恩替卡韦能更加确实有效降低肝脏硬度值。

Meta-analysis of FibroScan evaluating the efficacy of entecavir combined with Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet in the treatment of hepatic cirrhosis

Objective:To carry out the Meta-analysis of FibroScan evaluating the efficacy of entecavir combined with Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet in the treatment of hepatic cirrhosis.Methods:Patients in the compensatory stage of hepatitis b cirrhosis were included in the study.The intervention measures were oral entecarvir treatment in the control group,and the observation group was treated with Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet on the basis of the control group.The observation indexes were clinical trials of liver hardness values.RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta analysis of liver hardness changes before and after treatment.Results:Nine of the 58 published papers were selected to meet the requirements;Meta analysis suggested that there was no statistical difference in gender composition between the two groups.After 12 months of treatment,the liver hardness of the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Compared with entecavir alone,the combination of compound Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet and entecavir is more effective in reducing the liver hardness in the treatment of hepatitis b patients with compensatory cirrhosis.
