凉山彝族自治州医疗放射工作人员血常规检查结果

目的了解长期低剂量接触电离辐射对凉山彝族自治州(凉山州)医疗放射工作人员外周血的影响。方法 2019年4月对凉山州1 059名医疗放射工作人员进行职业健康检查,对血常规检测结果进行分析。结果凉山州医疗放射工作人员年龄结构合理,但本地彝族从业者所占比例相对较低,仅为14.92%。血常规异常检出率高,红细胞计数异常率为17.94%、血红蛋白定量异常率为20.30%、血小板计数异常率为5.67%、白细胞计数异常率为5.00%。不同工龄组的血小板计数异常率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同地区的红细胞计数异常率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期低剂量的电离辐射对凉山州医疗放射工作人员的外周血细胞影响较大,应加强防护措施。

Blood routine examination results of medical radiation workers in Liangshan Yi Autonomous refecture

Objective To investigate the effects of long-term low-dose exposure to ionizing radiation on peripheral blood of medical radiation workers in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture(Liangshan Prefecture).Methods The occupational health examination was conducted on 1059 medical radiation workers in Liangshan Prefecture in April 2019,and the results of blood routine tests were statistically analyzed.Results The age structure of radiation workers in Liangshan Prefecture was reasonable,but the proportion of local Yi practitioners was relatively low,which was only 14.92%.The abnormal rate in blood routine test was high,and the abnormal rate of red blood cell count,hemoglobin quantification,platelet count and white blood cell count was 17.94%,20.30%,5.67%and 5.00%,respectively.The difference in the abnormal rate of platelet count was statistically significant among different working age groups(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the abnormal rate of red blood cell count among different regions(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term low-dose exposure to ionizing radiation has a great influence on the peripheral blood cells of medical radiation workers in Liangshan Prefecture,and protective measures should be strengthened.
