苓泽痛风汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床观察

目的:观察苓泽痛风汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中对照组30例运用双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊联合秋水仙碱口服治疗,治疗组30例在对照组的基础上加用苓泽痛风汤汤剂口服治疗,两组患者均治疗7 d后对其临床疗效进行观察。结果:治疗组30例患者,显效18例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率为93%(28/30)。对照组30例患者,显效10例,有效14例,无效6例,总有效率为80%(24/30)。治疗组出现头晕1例、恶心呕吐2例、腹泻1例;对照组出现头晕2例、恶心呕吐3例。结论:苓泽痛风汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效良好,具有清热燥湿、利水渗湿、活血行气、通经止痛、消肿祛风解毒的功效,能够降C反应蛋白(C-reative Protein,CRP)及血沉等指标,有效缓解急性痛风关节疼痛,改善肢体功能,提高患者生活质量,临床上值得推广。

Observation on treating acute gouty arthritis with the Lingze Tongfeng decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Lingze Tongfeng decoction(苓泽痛风汤)on acute gouty arthritis.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 patients in each.The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained release capsule plus colchicine orally.The treatment group was treated with the Lingze Tongfeng decoction more.Results:The total efficiency was 93%(28/30)in the treatment group and 80%(24/80)in the control group.There were one case of dizziness,two cases of nausea and vomiting and one case of diarrhea in the treatment group,and there were two cases of dizziness and three cases of nausea and vomiting in the control group.Conclusion:The Lingze Tongfeng decoction on acute gouty arthritis shows good effects in Qingre Zaoshi(清热燥湿),Lishui Shenshi(利水渗湿),Huoxue Xingqi(活血行气),Tongjing Zhitong(通经止痛)and Xiaozhong Qufeng Jiedu(消肿祛风解毒),can reduce the indexes of CRP and ESR,effectively alleviate acute gouty joint pain,improve limb function and quality of life,is worth popularizing in clinic.
