气虚体质与相关疾病研究

目的应用文献计量学分析气虚体质与疾病的关系。方法气虚体质是因一身之气不足,脏腑功能减弱而形成的体质状态。体质影响疾病的发生、发展及疾病的转归。利用citespace软件对中国知网等中文数据库的气虚质文献进行计量统计,分析气虚体质与原发性高血压和2型糖尿病之间的联系。结果气虚体质与心血管疾病,糖代谢有密切的关系,并与亚健康状态也有密切关系。结论据中医体质基本理论,气虚体质者应保持心情愉快,偏食温补脾胃的食物,适量运动,保证充足睡眠,从情志、饮食、运动等方面调整。

Study on Qi Defi ciency Constitution and Related Diseases

Objective To select for the connection of qi defi ciency and diseases by using the method ofbibliometrics to quantitative analysis.Methods Qi deficiency constitution is a physical state formed by the lackof qi and the weakening of viscera function.Physique affects the occurrence and development of diseases and the outcome of diseases.Through retrieved CNKI,by using citespace to analyze the relevancybetween qi defi ciency constitution and essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Results It was found thatit was closely related to cardiovascular disease and glucose metabolism,as well as to sub-health status.Conclusion According to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine physique,we should maintain a happy mood,eat warmand replenish spleen and stomach food,do proper exercise and adequate sleep,and explain the methods of adjusting qi defi ciency physique from emotion,diet and exercise.
