益气活血化痰汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭临床效果分析

目的:探讨对慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者给予益气活血化痰汤的治疗效果。方法:将2018年4月-2019年4月在单县中医医院收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗方案,观察组给予益气活血化痰汤方案,将两组临床治疗效率和肺功能指标对比。结果:观察组患者临床总治疗效率为92.5%(37/40)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)(3.02±0.55)V/L、一秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in the First Second,FEV1)(1.97±0.44)V/L、动脉血氧分压(Partial Pressure of Oxygen,PaO2)(86.03±10.05)mm Hg(1 mm Hg≈0.133 kPa)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者给予益气活血化痰汤治疗方案,能够显著提升患者的临床治疗效果,有效改善患者的肺功能。

Clinical effect analysis of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction(益气活血化痰汤)on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure.Methods:80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment.The observation group was given Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction,and the clinical treatment efficiency and lung function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was 92.5%(37/40),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had FVC(3.02±0.55)V/L,FEV1(1.97±0.44)V/L,PaO2(86.03±10.05)mm Hg(1 mm Hg≈0.133 kPa),which was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and effectively promote the lung function of patients in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure.
