三维正骨推拿手法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床观察

目的:观察三维正骨推拿手法干预对颈型颈椎病患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,观察指标采用疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、颈痛量表(Neck Pain Questionnaire,NPQ)及表面肌电中位频率(Median Freyuency,MF),观察各组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率与对照组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),VAS、NPQ评分、表面肌电MF值改善治疗组均优于对照组。结论:三维正骨推拿手法能有效治疗颈型颈椎病,同时较坐位旋转扳法能更有效的改善颈型颈椎病患者疼痛症状。

Observation on treating cervical spondylopathy by three-dimensional bone-setting manipulation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of three-dimensional orthopedic manipulation on cervical spondylosis.Methods:60 cases were randomized into the treatment group and control group.The VAS score,neck pain scale(NPQ)and sEMG MF values were used to observe the clinical efficacy in each group.Results:There was no significant between the treatment group and the control group in the efficiency.The VAS,NPQ score and sEMG MF value in the treatment group were superior to the control group.Conclusion:There is no difference between the treatment group and the control group in the efficacy.The three-dimensional bone-setting manipulation can improve the pain symptoms more effectively.
