健脾化浊通窍汤治疗难治性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎80例的疗效

目的:探讨健脾化浊通窍汤治疗难治性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:根据随机数字表法进行2017年1月-2018年2月80例难治性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者分成两组。对照组给予糖皮质和抗生素治疗,观察组则给予糖皮质和抗生素联合健脾化浊通窍汤治疗。比较两组难治性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎治疗转归效果;鼻塞症状消失时间、流鼻涕消失时间、鼻腔内分泌物消失时间;治疗前后患者症状积分、鼻腔分泌物炎症因子检测值;用药安全特点。结果:观察组难治性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎治疗转归效果高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组鼻塞症状消失时间、流鼻涕消失时间、鼻腔内分泌物消失时间优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组症状积分、鼻腔分泌物炎症因子检测值并无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组症状积分、鼻腔分泌物炎症因子检测值优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药安全特点和对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:糖皮质和抗生素联合健脾化浊通窍汤治疗难治性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效确切,可有效改善症状和鼻腔分泌物炎症因子,加速症状消失,用药安全,值得推广应用。

Effect of Jianpi Huazhuo Tongqiao Decoction on 80 cases of refractory chronic rhinosinuvitis

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huazhuo Tongqiao Decoction(健脾化浊通窍汤)on 80 cases of refractory chronic rhinosinuvitis.Methods:From January 2017 to February 2018,80 patients with refractory chronic rhinosinuvitis were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid and antibiotics,while the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid and antibiotics combined with Jianpi Huazhuatongqiao decoction.The curative effect of refractory chronic rhinosinuvitis,the disappearance time of nasal congestion symptoms,the disappearance time of runny nose,the disappearance time of nasal secretions,the symptom score before and after treatment,the detection value of inflammatory factors in nasal secretions,and the safety characteristics of medication were compared between the two groups.Results:The curative effect of refractory chronic rhinosinuvitis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the disappearance time of nasal congestion symptoms,runny nose and nasal secretions in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the score of symptoms and inflammatory factors in nasal secretions between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms and inflammatory factors in nasal secretions in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the safety characteristics between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Glucocorticoid and antibiotics combined with Jianpi Huazhuo Tongqiao Decoction are effective in the treatment of refractory chronic rhinosinuvitis.It can effectively relieve the symptoms and inflammatory factors in nasal secretions,accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,and is safe to be used.
