行为护理干预在糖尿病足患者中的护理效果分析

目的:研讨糖尿病足患者接受行为护理的临床价值。方法:选择牡丹江医学院附属第二医院2016年10月-2018年10月收治的100例糖尿病足患者作为此次课题研究的观察对象,并随机分两组,普通的护理组(50例)予以常规护理,行为护理干预组(50例)予以行为护理,观察两组的护理实施情况,并评估效果。结果:与普通的护理组相比,行为护理干预组患者的遵医依从性水平(如遵医用药和规律饮食)明显提高,比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)。入院时,两组接受生活质量状态水平评估,各项目评分无统计学意义(P> 0.05);出院时,行为护理干预组的各个生活质量状态水平项目评分较普通的护理组均显著提升,比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:将行为护理理念引入糖尿病足患者的护理中,可提高患者的遵医行为,改善其生活质量状态水平,值得推荐。

Analysis of nursing effect of behavioral nursing intervention in diabetic foot patients

Objective:To study the clinical value of behavioral nursing for patients with diabetic foot.Methods:100 cases of diabetic foot patients admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the observation subjects of this study,and were randomly divided into 2 groups:the general nursing group(50 cases)received routine nursing,and the behavioral nursing intervention group(50 cases)received behavioral nursing,the nursing implementation of the two groups was observed and the effect was evaluated.Results:Compared with the general nursing group,the compliance level of patients in the behavioral nursing intervention group(such as compliance with medical drugs and regular diet)was significantly improved(P<0.05).On admission,the two groups received quality of life status level assessment,the score of each item was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At the time of discharge,the scores of each quality of life status level items in the behavioral nursing intervention group were significantly improved compared with the ordinary nursing group,which was with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of behavioral nursing concept into the nursing of diabetic foot patients can improve their compliance behavior and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of recommendation.
