萸竹定眩丸治疗颈性眩晕短期疗效观察

目的:观察萸竹定眩丸治疗颈性眩晕的短期疗效。方法:将河南省中医院脊柱科门诊收治的80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组服用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组在服用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊基础上加服萸竹定眩丸治疗。每组疗程均为4周1个疗程,1个疗程后根据改良Macnab标准评估临床疗效。结果:治疗组40例中优4例,良28例,可6例,差2例,有效率80%(32/40);对照组中优1例,良21例,可8例,差10例,有效率55%(22/40),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗颈性眩晕能取得一定临床疗效,但盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合萸竹定眩丸临床疗效更显著。

Short-term curative effect observation of Yuzhu Dingxuan Pill oncervical vertigo

Objective:To observe the short-term efficacy of Yuzhu Dingxuan pill(萸竹定眩丸)in the treatment of Cervical Vertigo(CV).Methods:Eighty patients who had been treated in the spinal clinic in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Yuzhu Dingxuan pill.The course of treatment in each group was four weeks.Clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the modified Macnab standard.Results:In the treatment group,there were 4 excellent cases,28 good cases,6 fair cases,2 poor cases,and the efficient rate was 80%(32/40).In the control group,there were 1 excellent case,21 good cases,8 fair cases,10 poor cases,and the efficient rate was 55%(22/40),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of flunarizine hydrochloride capsule for cervical vertigo can be clinically effective,but the clinical effect of the flunarizine hydrochloride capsule combined with Yuzhu Dingxuan pill is more significant.
