白内障患者围术期应用中医临床护理路径对其治疗效果和并发症发生率的影响

目的:针对白内障围术期患者,探讨中医临床护理路径对其治疗效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月我院诊治并行手术治疗的白内障患者600例,随机数字方法分为对照组(常规护理,300例)与观察组(中医临床护理路径联合常规护理,300例)。比较两组患者视力、眼压恢复情况、并发症发生情况、舒适度及护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者视力、眼压明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者角膜水肿、前房出血及前房渗出等并发症的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医临床护理路径应用于白内障患者可提高手术疗效,降低并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。

Efficacy of the TCM nursing on cataract in perioperative period and complication rate

Objective: To investigate efficacy of the TCM nursing on cataract in perioperative period. Methods: 600 cases were divided into two groups, 300 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given the TCM nursing more. Results: After the nursing intervention, the visual acuity and intraocular pressure in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P﹤0.05). The incidence of complications such as corneal edema, anterior chamber hemorrhage, and anterior chamber exudation in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P﹤0.05). The VAS score and nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P﹤0.05). Conclusion: The TCM nursing on cataract in perioperative period shows good effects, can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
