宣肺通腑法治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

目的观察宣肺通腑法治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰浊内阻证)的临床疗效。方法患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上予以宣痹降浊汤口服,治疗28 d后观察两组的心绞痛发作情况、心电图及血脂水平的变化。结果治疗组临床总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗组心电图总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05);两组治疗后心绞痛发作情况、心电图及血脂水平得到明显改善,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宣肺通腑法治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰浊内阻证)疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on Xuanfei Tongfu Method on Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xuanfei Tongfu method on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CAD)and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with Xuanbi Jiangzhuo Decoction on the basis of Western medicine treatment.After 28 days of treatment,the angina pectoris attack,electrocardiograms and blood lipid levels of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group and 66.67%in the control group.The treatment group was obviously superior to the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,angina attack,the electrocardiogram and blood lipid levels were significantly improved in the treatment group,significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuan lung Tongfu method is effective on stable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease.
