内热针联合关节松动术方案在改善肩周炎患者临床症状及生活能力的作用分析

目的:探讨内热针联合关节松动术方案在改善肩周炎患者临床症状及生活能力中的作用。方法:选取我院近年来收治的80例肩周炎患者,按照随机数字表达法分为研究组(40例,内热针联合关节松动术治疗)与对照组(40例,关节松动术治疗),观察两组治疗效果、疼痛情况、症状改善及生活能力等。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、畏寒程度评分明显低于对照组,关节活动度(ROM)评分及日常生活能力(Activities of Daily Living,ADL)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内热针联合关节松动术治疗肩周炎效果效果确切,可有效缓解临床症状,有助于肩关节功能的恢复及生活能力的提高。

Efficacy of the Neire acupuncture plus joint mobilization on symptoms and living ability of patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis

Objective:To explore the effect of the Neire acupuncture(内热针)plus joint mobilization on symptoms and living ability in patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis.Methods:80 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number expression method.The study group(40 cases)was treated by the Neire acupuncture plus joint mobilization,and the control group(40 cases)was given joint mobilization.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the VAS and the degree of chills in the study group were significantly lower than the control group,and the ROM score and ADL score were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Neire acupuncture plus joint mobilization is effective on periarthritis humeroscapularis,can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the function and living ability.
