密集型毫针刺法治疗腰肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效观察

目的:观察密集型毫针刺法治疗腰肌筋膜疼痛综合征的近期和远期临床疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例。治疗组采用密集型毫针刺法治疗,对照组进行常规针刺法治疗。两组均为隔1天治疗1次,治疗5次为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。在治疗后及治疗后3个月时,观察并比较两组的视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍问卷(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)评分的变化情况。结果:治疗组和对照组各脱落1例,最终共纳入统计60例。两组治疗后VAS评分和ODI评分比较,治疗组疗效均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。随访VAS评分和ODI评分比较,治疗组疗效均优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论:密集型毫针刺法治疗腰肌筋膜疼痛综合征的近期和远期临床疗效均优于常规针刺法。

Clinical observation of intensive filiform acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar myofascial pain syndrome

Objective:To observe the recent and long-term clinical efficacy of intensive filiform acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar fascial pain syndrome.Methods:62 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 31 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with intensive filiform acupuncture,and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.The two groups were treated once every day,and 5 times were 1 course of treatment.There were a total of 1 course of treatment.VAS score and ODI score of the two groups were observed and compared after treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results:1 case fall off in the treatment group and 1 case fall off in the control group each in,the final total included in 60 cases.After treatment,VAS score and ODI score were compared,and the efficacy of treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of VAS score and ODI score in the follow-up period showed a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The short-term and long-term clinical efficacy of intensive filiform acupuncture method was superior to conventional acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar myofascial pain syndrome.
