天麻钩藤饮佐治阴虚阳亢证老年高血压病患者的疗效及对生活质量的影响

目的:分析天麻钩藤饮佐治阴虚阳亢证老年高血压病患者的疗效。方法:以2016年12月-2018年12月间入本院治疗的75例阴虚阳亢证老年高血压病患者为研究主体。分成A组和B组,分别是40例与35例。A组给予天麻钩藤饮治疗,B组给予常规治疗。对比两组的中医证候积分、生活质量评分、血压状况、炎症因子水平和临床治疗效果。结果:A组的降压总有效率为97.50%(39/40),B组为82.86%(29/35)(P<0.05);A组的评分均高于B组(P<0.05);A组的中医证候积分低于B组(P<0.05);A组的各项炎症因子水平低于B组(P<0.05);A组的收缩压与舒张压均低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:为该病患者行天麻钩藤饮治疗可改善其生活质量,有效降低其血压水平,降低中医证候积分,降低炎性因子水平,具有较佳的治疗效果。

Efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Yin on hypertension of the Yinxu Yangkang symptom in the elderly and quality of life

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Yin(天麻钩藤饮)on hypertension of the Yinxu Yangkang symptom(阴虚阳亢证)in the elderly.Methods:75 patients were divided into group A(40 cases)and group B(35 cases).Group A was treated with Tianma Gouteng Yin,and group B was given conventional treatment.Results:The total efficiency in group A was 97.50%(39/40),and 82.86%(29/35)in group B(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in group A were higher than group B(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score in group A was lower(P<0.05).The levels of various inflammatory factors in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng Yin can improve quality of life,effectively reduce blood pressure,TCM symptom scores,and inflammatory factor levels,with good effects.
