靳三针与运动疗法联合物理治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者疗效观察

目的:探讨靳三针与运动疗法联合物理治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者疗效。方法:选择2018年9月-2019年5月我院脑卒中偏瘫患者70例,依照治疗方案不同分为研究组(35例)和对照组(35例)。于对症治疗基础上,对照组给予运动疗法联合物理治疗,研究组给予靳三针与运动疗法联合物理治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力(Activity of Daily Living,ADL)评分、功能综合评定量表(Functional Comprehensive Assessment,FCA)评分、视觉模拟量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、肱二头肌及小腿三头肌肌电动作电位数。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后研究组ADL、FCA评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗第7 d、治疗第28 d,研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后研究组肱二头肌、小腿三头肌肌电动作电位数低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:靳三针与运动疗法联合物理治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者疗效显著,能减轻疼痛及痉挛肌肌电动作电位,改善神经功能,提高生活能力。

Clinical observation on treating stroke hemiplegia by Jin three-needle technique plus exercise therapy and physical therapy

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of Jin three-needle technique(靳三针)plus exercise therapy and physical therapy on stroke hemiplegia.Methods:70 patients were divided into the study group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases).On the basis of symptomatic treatment,the control group was given exercise therapy plus physical therapy,and the study group was given Jin three-needle technique and exercise therapy plus physical therapy.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was higher than in the control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05);the ADL and FCA scores were higher than those in the control group,and the NIHSS scores were lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).On the 7th and 28th days of treatment,the VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).The electromyographic action potentials of the biceps brachii and triceps triceps in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Jin three-needle technique plus exercise therapy and physical therapy on stroke hemiplegia shows significant effect,can reduce pain and spastic muscle EMG action potentials,improve nerve function and ability to live.
