| 摘 要： | 巴戟天为四大南药之一,巴戟天中的多糖具有抗氧化、抗疲劳、免疫调节、抗骨质疏松等多种生物活性。该文综述了巴戟天多糖的提取、分离纯化、结构鉴定方法以及药理作用的研究进展,可为巴戟天多糖在功能性食品和药品中的开发利用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Morindae officinalis radix,one of the four important southern medicinal plants.Polysaccharides from Morindae officinalis radix have antioxidation,antifatigue,immunomodulation,antiosteoporosis and other bioactivities.This article summarized research progress on methodology of extraction,separation and purification,structural identification and bioactivities for polysaccharides from Morindae officinalis radix,so as to provide references for promoting the development of polysaccharides from Morindae officinalis radix for functional food and medicine. |
