医用臭氧水穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

目的:观察医用臭氧水穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将64例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例,治疗组采用医用臭氧水穴位注射(以下简称臭氧水组),穴位选取对应夹脊穴、风池、肩井、天宗、天鼎、曲池(均为双侧),每3天治疗1次,共治疗5次;对照组采用针刺治疗,取穴同上,每日1次,6次为1个疗程,中间休息一天,共治疗2个疗程。两组患者均在治疗前、所有治疗结束后(以下简称治疗后)行视觉模拟评分表(Visual Analogue scale,VAS)和神经根型颈椎病的症状、体征与功能量表进行疼痛和症状功能评分。结果:两组治疗后的VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低,症状功能评分均较治疗前明显提高,治疗前后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,VAS评分臭氧水组较针刺组下降更明显,症状功能评分臭氧水组较针刺组提高更明显,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:医用臭氧水穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病能明显减轻患者疼痛、改善患者的症状功能,具有临床推广价值。

The clinical observation of medical ozone water in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of medical ozone water in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:64 cases were randomized into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group received acupoint injection with medical ozone water,acupoints selected were at Jiaji,Fengchi(GB 20),Jianjing(GB 20),Tianzong(SI 11),Tianding(LI 17),Quchi(LI 11),bilateral,at the interval of 3 days and there was a total of 5 treatments;The control group received acupuncture daily,on the same acupionts aforementioned,but for 12 treatments,with one day interval between the sixth treatment and seventh treatment.All patients were assessed with the visual analogue scale(VAS)and symptoms and functioning scale before their first treatment and after all treatment.All parameters were assessed for analysis purpose.Results:Both groups had lower VAS score after the treatment compared with that of before treatment.The score of symptoms and functioning scale of cervical increased after treatment.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05);Upon completion of the treatments,the treatment group showed greater declination in VAS score compared with the control group,and the symptoms and functioning scale of cervical were increased significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical ozone water effectively treates the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with better pain relieving effect and improved cervical symptoms and functions.Therefore,the acupoint injection of medical ozone water has clinical application value.
