多切口引流和肛痈汤联合治疗马蹄型肛痈的临床效果分析

目的:探讨马蹄型肛痈采取肛痈汤和多切口引流联合治疗的临床效果。方法:2017年10月-2018年10月,选取我院接收的马蹄型肛痈患者68例,随机分为对照组(34例,采取多切口引流治疗)与观察组(34例,采取多切口引流和肛痈汤联合治疗),对比两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗有效率较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者各项中医证候积分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项中医证候积分均明显下降,且观察组各项中医证候积分的下降幅度明显大于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间、脓腔收缩率、创面渗出量均较对照组明显更优(P<0.05)。结论:马蹄型肛痈采取多切口引流和肛痈汤联合治疗,能明显减轻患者疼痛程度,促进创面愈合,值得推广。

Efficacy of multiple incision drainage plus the Gangyong decoction on horseshoe-type anal diaphragm

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of multiple incision drainage plus the Gangyong decoction(肛痈汤)on horseshoe-type anal diaphragm.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2018,68 patients with horseshoe-shaped anal condyle were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.34 patients in the control group were treated with multiple incision drainage.34 cases in the observation group were treated with the Gangyong decoction more.The clinical effects between groups were compared.Results:The efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between groups before treatment(P﹥0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes were significantly decreased in groups;and the decline of the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time,pus contraction rate and wound exudation in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multiple incision drainage plus the Gangyong decoction on horseshoe-type anal diaphragm can obviously reduce the pain of patients and promote wound healing,which is worth promoting.
