| 摘 要： | 目的:探究加味五苓散口服合金黄膏外敷治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年8月-2018年4月于我院治疗的痛风性关节炎患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组行西药治疗,观察组给予加味五苓散口服合金黄膏外敷治疗。对比两组治疗前后实验室指标变化及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗后血沉(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate,ESR)及血尿酸(Uric Acid,UA)水平、不良反应发生率均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味五苓散口服合金黄膏外敷治疗痛风性关节炎可有效降低ESR及UA水平,药物不良反应较少,具体较高的安全性,值得推广。

Observation on treating gouty arthritis with Wuling San plus the Jinhuang ointment |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Wuling San( 五苓散) plus the Jinhuang ointment( 金黄膏) on gouty arthritis. Methods: Sixty patients with gouty arthritis treated in our hospital from August 2016 to April 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was given Wuling San plus the Jinhuang ointment. Results: ESR, UA and adverse reactions were bettter in the observation group(P﹤0.05). Conclusion: Wuling San plus the Jinhuang ointment can effectively reduce the levels of ESR and UA, and has fewer adverse reactions. It has higher safety and is worth promoting. |
