三维五感促醒疗法与十二井穴刺络放血对重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者促醒作用研究

目的:探讨三维五感促醒疗法与十二井穴刺络放血对重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者促醒作用。方法:2017年8月-2018年10月我院收治的96例重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均接受常规综合治疗,对照组患者在此基础上给予三维五感促醒疗法治疗,观察组患者给予常规综合治疗+三维五感+十二井穴刺络放血。比较两组患者的昏迷时间、苏醒率以及治疗前后的格拉斯哥昏迷指数(Glasgao Coma Scale,GCS)评分、格拉斯哥结局评分(Glasgao Outcome Scale,GOS)评分、CT脑灌注成像脑损伤区的CBV、CBF。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的昏迷时间短于对照组,格评分和GOS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者脑灌注成像脑损伤区的CBV、CBF均显著升高,观察组患者脑灌注成像脑损伤区的CBV、CBF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用三维五感促醒疗法与十二井穴刺络放血治疗,能促进重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者苏醒,改善患者受损的神经功能。

Efficacy of the Sanwei Wugan Cuxing therapy plus the Shier Jingxue pricking blood therapy on coma from severe head injury

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Sanwei Wugan Cuxing therapy(三维五感促醒疗法)plus the Shier Jingxue pricking blood therapy(十二井穴刺络放血)on coma from severe head injury.Methods:From August 2017 to October 2018,96 cases were divided into 2 groups,48 cases in each.All patients were treated by conventional treatment.The control group was given the Sanwei Wugan Cuxing therapy,and the observation group was given the Shier Jingxue pricking blood therapy more.Results:After treatment,the coma time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the GCS score and GOS score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Perfusion imaging in both groups showed that CBV and CBF in the injured area were significantly increased,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Sanwei Wugan Cuxing therapy plus the Shier Jingxue pricking blood therapy on coma from severe head injury shows good effects,can improve neural function.
