舒血宁注射液不良反应的分析与临床研究

目的:探讨舒血宁注射液不良反应的分析与临床研究。方法:回顾性分析2016年12月-2018年12月在皖南医学院弋矶山医院采用舒血宁注射液治疗后发生不良反应的54例患者的临床资料,分析所有不良反应的主要累及系统或器官、临床表现、年龄及性别分布、发生时间、不良反应严重程度、联用药情况。结果:不良反应主要累及皮肤、消化系统、神经系统、呼吸系统、全身性反应;发病年龄以>60岁及41~60岁最为高发,其他年龄段较少,男性患者的发生率明显低于女性患者(P<0.05);发生时间以用药后30 min内和用药后30 min^2 h最为高发,其他时间段较少(P<0.05);不良反应以轻度最为多见,中度及重度较少见(P<0.05);单一用药和二联用药发生率较高,三联及以上用药较少(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁注射液所致的不良反应可累及全身多个器官及系统,临床表现具有多样性,大多发生在用药2 h内,程度较轻,女性发生率明显高于男性,以二联用药后发生率最高,临床应加强监测,提高用药合理性。

Analysis and clinical study on adverse reactions of Shuxuening injection

Objective:To explore the analysis and clinical study on adverse reactions of Shuxuening injection(舒血宁注射液).Methods:The clinical data of 54 patients who had adverse reactions after the treatment with Shuxuening injection in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the main involvement system or organ,clinical manifestations,age and gender distribution,occurrence time,severity of adverse reactions and combination of drugs of all adverse reactions were analyzed.Results:Adverse reactions mainly involve skin,digestive system,nervous system,respiratory system and systemic reactions.Age over 60 years old and 41-60 years old were the most common age groups,while other age groups were less.The incidence of male patients was significantly lower than that of female patients(P<0.05).The occurrence time was the highest within 30min after medication and 30min-2h after medication,and the other time periods were less(P<0.05).The most common adverse reactions were mild,and moderate and severe adverse reactions were rare(P<0.05).The incidence of single drug use and double drug use was higher than that of triple drug use(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adverse reactions caused by Shuxuening injection can involve multiple organs and systems of the body,and the clinical manifestations are diverse.Most of the adverse reactions occur within 2 hours of drug use,which is relatively mild.The incidence of adverse reactions in women is significantly higher than that in men,and the incidence is the highest after the combined use of Shuxuening injection.
