补阳还五汤预防急性脑梗死后下肢深静脉血栓的临床研究

目的:探讨补阳还五汤预防急性脑梗死后下肢深静脉血栓(Deep Vein Thrombosis,DVT)形成的有效性。方法:辨证属于气虚血瘀证的90例急性脑梗死患者,按入院时间分为对照组和试验组两组。对照组45例,按照《2018年急性缺血性脑卒中指南》治疗;试验组45例,在对照组的基础上使用补阳还五汤,治疗14天。对两组患者于住院期间第1天和第14天分别观察双下肢静脉血栓状况,并观察两组凝血指标的变化,结果:试验组中1例患者彩色超声多普勒检查显示深静脉血栓发生;对照组发生深静脉血栓3例发生深静脉血栓形成,两者相比差异有显著性,两组患者的活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)差异均有显著性。结论:使用补阳还五汤可以降低急性脑梗死后下肢深静脉血栓发生率,对患者的凝血功能有显著性影响。

A study on preventing deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities after acute cerebral infarction with the Buyang Huanwu decoction

Objective:To explore the effect of the Buyang Huanwu decoction(补阳还五汤)on deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after acute cerebral infarction.Methods:90 patients with acute cerebral infarction of the Qixu Xueyu type(气虚血瘀型)were divided into the experimental group and control group according to admission time.The control group was treated follow the guidelines,45 cases in the experimental group were treated with the Buyang Huanwu decoction more.During hospitalization,the venous thrombosis of both lower extremities was observed.The changes of coagulation index in two groups were observed.Results:one patient in the experimental group showed deep venous thrombosis by color Doppler ultrasonography,and 3 patients in the control group had deep venous thrombosis.There was significant differences between groups in APTT,PT and TT.Conclusion:The Buyang Huanwu decoction can reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs after acute cerebral infarction,shows a significant effect on the coagulation function.
