健脾清热化湿汤治疗脾虚湿热型Hp阳性慢性非萎缩性胃炎临床效果分析

目的:探讨健脾清热化湿汤治疗脾虚湿热型幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性慢性非萎缩性胃炎(Chronic non-atrophic gastritis,CNAG)临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年6月我院诊断为脾虚湿热型Hp阳性慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者80例,随机数字法分为对照组(奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林三联疗法,40例)与观察组(三联疗法+健脾清热化湿汤,40例),疗程为1个月。比较两组患者临床疗效、Hp转阴率、中医证候积分、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)水平及不良反应情况。结果:观察组临床总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃镜、病理疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Hp转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05);观察组IL-8水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:健脾清热化湿汤可明显提高Hp阳性慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者临床总疗效及Hp转阴率,降低炎性反应,且较为安全。

Clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Qingre Huashi decoction on Hp-positive CNAGof the Pixu Shire type

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Jianpi Qingre Huashi decoction(健脾清热化湿汤)on Hp-positive chronic non-atrophic gastritis of the Pixu Shire type(脾虚湿热型).Methods:From January 2016 to June 2018,80 patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group(omeprazole,clarithromycin and amoxicillin,40 cases)and observation group(triple therapy plus the Jianpi Qingre Huashi decoction,40 cases),for 1 month.Results:The total clinical efficacy in the observation group was better(P﹤0.05).Effects in the gastroscopy and pathology in the observation group were better(P﹤0.05).The rate of negative Hp in the observation group was higher than the control group(P﹤0.05).TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were improved more than the control group(P﹤0.05).IL-8 in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:The Jianpi Qingre Huashi decoction can significantly improve clinical efficacy and Hp negative rate,reduce inflammatory reactions,and is safety.
