急性冠脉综合征发病时辰圆形统计分析

摘    要:目的运用圆形统计方法,探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)发病时辰规律。方法选取2018年1月1日至2019年5月31日佛山市中医院中国胸痛中心数据库中的收集的ACS病例273例,其中ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)142例,非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)84例,不稳定型心绞痛(UA)47例。运用圆形统计方法,分析3类ACS的发病时辰情况,探讨ACS的发病规律。结果STEMI发病时辰无显著性差异,发病时间大约为11∶38,即STEMI的发病时辰集中在午时。NSTEMI的发病时辰无明显差异性,发病时间大约为09∶05,NSTEMI发病时辰主要集中在巳时。UA发病时辰无明显差异,发病时间大约为05∶35,UA的发病时辰主要集中在卯时。ACS发病与升降时辰无明显相关性。结论不同类型ACS发病在一日之中有一定的规律,但其发病与一日之中阳气升降无明显相关性。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the timing of ACS onset by using circular statistical methods.Methods:273 cases of ACS were collected from the Chinese chest pain center database of Foshan Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2018 to May 31,2019,including 142 cases of STEMI,84 cases of NSTEMI and 47 cases of UA.Using the circular statistical method,the incidence of three types of ACS was analyzed,and the pathogenesis of ACS was discussed.Results:There was no significant difference in the onset of STEMI.The onset time was about 11∶38,that is,the onset time of STEMI was concentrated at noon.There was no significant difference in the onset of NSTEMI.The onset time was about 09∶05,and the onset of NSTEMI was mainly concentrated in the time of sputum.There was no significant difference in the onset time of UA.The onset time was about 05∶35,and the onset time of UA was mainly concentrated in the time of sputum.There was no significant correlation between the onset of ACS and the time of elevation.Conclusion:The incidence of different types of ACS has a certain regularity in a day,but it has no obvious correlation with Yang rise and fall.
