健脾益肾清化法治疗慢性肾炎的理论及经验探讨

目的:探讨健脾益肾清化法治疗慢性肾炎的理论及经验探讨。方法:选取2017年11月-2018年11月我院收治的慢性肾炎患者88例,随机分为两组,对照组应用肾炎康胶囊进行治疗,研究组应用健脾益肾清化法进行治疗。结果:研究组患者的治疗有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者肾功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者肾功能水平改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组症状评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者症状评分小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组炎症因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者超敏C反应蛋白(High-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性肾炎的治疗过程中,健脾益肾清化法的治疗效果相对较为理想,各项生化指标能够得到明显改善,同时能够提高机体血浆白蛋白含量,有效改善患者的肾脏功能,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Exploration on theories and experience in treating chronic nephritis by the Jianpi Yishen Qinghua therapy

Objective: To explore the theory and experience in treating chronic nephritis by the Jianpi Yishen Qinghua therapy (健脾益肾清化法). Methods: 88 patients with chronic nephritis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with the Shenyankang capsules (肾炎康胶囊) and the research group was treated by the Jianpi Yishen Qinghua therapy. Results: The efficacy in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The improvement of renal function was better than the control group(P<0.05). The symptom scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The levels of inflammatory factors showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Jianpi Yishen Qinghua therapy can significantly improve various biochemical indicators, increase the plasma albumin content of the body, and effectively improve the kidneys of patients.
