基于中医预制病历系统的中医医院门诊症状研究

中医辨证论治及疗效评价以病案资料的症状数据作为基础,由于日常工作强度等因素制约,中医门诊病历数据质量往往较差,难以支撑中医关于证候分型、辨证准确性、疗效评价等工作要求。为提升中医门诊电子病历数据质量,探索中医症状研究的可行方案,本文基于中医医院预制病历系统的研究数据分析并阐述门诊症状在各科室间的分布状况及临床意义。

Research on symptoms in TCM hospital outpatient according to pre-made medical record system

Syndrome differentiation and efficacy was evaluated according to the symptomatic data in medical record data. Due to the constraints of daily work intensity and other factors, the quality of TCM outpatient medical records data is often poor, and it is difficult to support some work, such as classification of syndromes, differentiation accuracy, efficacy evaluation. In order to improve the quality of electronic medical record and explore feasible solutions for TCM symptoms research, this paper analyzes the research data of pre-made medical records system in TCM hospitals and expounds the distribution and clinical significance of outpatient symptoms among various departments.
