骨伤康颗粒对兔桡骨骨折模型VEGF、NO及ALP表达的影响

摘    要:目的观察骨伤康颗粒对兔桡骨骨折模型血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、一氧化氮(NO)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)表达的影响。方法60只家兔随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性组、骨伤康组。采用机械法建立兔桡骨骨折模型。阳性组给予伤科接骨片灌胃,骨伤康组给予骨伤康颗粒灌胃。对各组家兔的桡骨进行X线评分,检查各组家兔的生物力学、骨矿含量、骨密度,检测血清VEGF、ALP以及NO水平的变化。结果4周后,X线片结果显示阳性组和骨伤康组兔的骨痂密度、骨缺损填充度以及骨痂量明显好于模型组,模型组兔的VEGF和ALP表达明显高于空白组,生物力学指标、骨矿含量、骨密度以及NO水平明显低于空白组。给予药物治疗后,阳性组和骨伤康组兔的X线评分、生物力学指标以及NO水平明显高于模型组,阳性组和骨伤康组VEGF和ALP表达明显低于模型组(P<0.05),两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨伤康颗粒可有效促进兔桡骨骨折愈合,降低血清VEGF和ALP表达,提高NO水平。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Gushangkang Granules on the expression of VEGF,NO and ALP in rabbit tibia fracture models.Methods:60 rabbits were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,the positive group and the experimental group.Rabbit tibia fracture models were established with mechanical method.The positive group was given the wounded bone tablets,and the experimental group was given Gushangkang Granules.X-ray scores of the tibia of each group of rabbits were performed to examine the biomechanics,bone mineral content and bone density of rabbits in each group.Rabbit serum was used to detect changes in VEGF,ALP,and NO levels.Results:After 4 weeks,X-ray films showed that the bone density,bone defect filling and osteophyte volume of the positive group and the experimental group were significantly better than those of the model group.The expression of VEGF and ALP in the model group was significantly higher than which in the blank group.The biomechanical index,bone mineral content,bone mineral density and NO level were significantly lower than those of the blank group.After the drug treatment,the X-ray score,biomechanical index and NO level of the positive group and the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the model group.The expressions of VEGF and ALP in the experimental group and the positive group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gushangkang Granules can effectively promote the healing of rabbit tibia fracture,reduce the expression of serum VEGF and ALP,and increase the level of NO.
