| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨分析温胆汤加味治疗痛风性关节炎临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月1日-2018年12月31日收治的50例痛风性关节炎患者,随机分组为观察组(25例)与对照组(25例)。对照组患者口服美洛昔康进行治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用温胆汤加味进行治疗。两组患者的治疗疗程皆为14 d。结果:观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后的关节肿胀、关节疼痛、关节红肿评分与血尿酸、甘油三酯水平皆低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温胆汤加味可以显著的提高痛风性关节患者的临床疗效,更有利于关节功能与血生化指标的改善,值得推广应用。

Observation on treating gouty arthritis with the Wendan decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Wendan decoction(温胆汤)on gouty arthritis.Methods:From January 1,2016 to December 31,2018,50 cases were divided into 2 groups,25 cases in each.The control group was given meloxicam,and the observation group was given the Wendan decoction more.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the clinical efficacy was better(P<0.05).Joint swelling,joint pain,joint redness score,blood uric acid level and triglyceride levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wendan decoction on gouty arthritis shows good effects,can improve joint function and blood biochemical indicators,and is worthy of promotion. |
