针刺联合运动疗法在促进中风偏瘫患者康复中的应用研究

目的:探析针刺联合运动疗法在促进中风偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年8月我院收治的50例中风偏瘫患者作为主要研究对象,所有患者均明确诊断为中风偏瘫。研究进行分组,分组方法采用数字随机表法进行分组,对照组和观察组各25例。两组均给予常规药物治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上增加针刺治疗,观察组采用常规用药、针刺联合运动疗法治疗,比较两组患者的痉挛程度改善情况、神经功能缺损程度、运动功能、日常生活能力和患者满意度。结果:经治疗后,观察组患者的痉挛程度改善情况优于对照组,P <0.05;治疗前两组患者的神经功能缺损程度、运动功能、日常生活能力评分比较,P> 0.05;治疗后较治疗前明显改善,且观察组的神经功能缺损程度评分显著低于对照组,P <0.05;观察组患者的运动功能、日常生活能力评分显著高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组的患者满意度明显高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组患者治疗后的血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数小于治疗前,且小于对照组,P <0.05。结论:对中风偏瘫患者实施针刺联合运动疗法治疗可加速患者的康复,能够有效改善肢体痉挛程度,提升其运动能力和日常生活能力,改善神经功能缺损程度,且患者对满意度相对较高,进而提升患者的生活质量,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Application of acupuncture plus exercise therapy in promoting rehabilitation of patients with stroke and hemiplegia

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus exercise therapy on rehabilitation of patients with stroke and hemiplegia.Methods:From October 2018 to August 2019,50 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,25 cases in each.Both groups were given conventional treatment,while the control group was treated by acupuncture more,and the observation group was treated with conventional medication plus acupuncture and exercise therapy.Results:After treatment,the improvement of spasticity in the observation group was better than that in the control group,P﹤0.05.After treatment,the neurological deficit degree,motor function,and daily living ability scores in the two groups were significantly improved than before treatment,and the neurological deficit score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P﹤0.05.The motor function and daily living scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P﹤0.05.Patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P﹤0.05.The plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in the observation group were lower than before treatment and the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture plus exercise therapy on rehabilitation of patients with stroke and hemiplegia shows good effects,can accelerate rehabilitation,can effectively improve the degree of limb spasm,improve the ability of exercise and daily life,improve the degree of neurological deficits,and the patient satisfaction is high,and the quality of life of patients is improved,which is worthy of clinical application.
