MS各组分与冠状动脉粥样硬化的中西医结合研究进展

代谢综合征是多种心血管危险因子的聚集状态,其各组分对冠状动脉粥样硬化均有不同程度的影响。随着社会发展,代谢综合征发病率明显提高,与其相关的研究逐渐成为国内外学者研究的热点之一,尤其在心血管领域更为突出。无论是现代医学还是传统医学均有关于代谢综合征方面的研究,且受到广泛关注。现将从中医和西医2个方面阐述关于代谢综合征各组分与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系,及其各组分之间的相互影响,从中医辨证论治和西医对症治疗方面讨论代谢综合征患者干预方式,并探讨预防冠状动脉粥样硬化的方向,分析现代中西医结合的优势及展望。

Progress of MS Components and Coronary Artery Atherosclerosis by Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Metabolic syndrome is the aggregation state of many cardiovascular risk factors,and its components have different degrees of influence on coronary atherosclerosis.With the development of society,the incidence of metabolic syndrome has increased obviously,and the related research has gradually become one of the hotspots pursued by scholars at home and abroad,especially in the field of cardiovascular disease.Both modern medicine and traditional medicine have been concerned about metabolic syndrome.In this paper,the relationship between metabolic syndrome components and coronary atherosclerosis and the interaction between them will be expounded from two aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine will be discussed from the point of view of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.In the aspect of disease treatment,the intervention methods of patients with metabolic syndrome were discussed,and the direction of preventing coronary atherosclerosis was discussed,and the advantages and prospects of modern integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were analyzed.
