针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症临床选穴规律研究

目的:总结寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床选穴规律,为针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症提供借鉴。方法:检索2008年-2018年在中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang)收录的针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的期刊文献,通过纳入标准和排除标准进行筛选,将收集到的腧穴按归经、所属部位、穴位特性进行分类统计,分别记录使用频次,最后进行频次、频率统计分析、绘制表格并总结出选穴规律。结果:收集到相关文献36篇,穴位46个,其中有33个经穴,2个经外奇穴和11个阿是穴,总频次325次。分析得出肾俞、委中、夹脊、环跳、腰阳关、阳陵泉等为最主要穴位;选穴所属经脉主要为膀胱经、胆经、督脉等;选穴所属部位主要为背腰部和下肢部;特定穴类别主要选取的为五输穴、背俞穴、八脉交会穴等。结论:总结出针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症穴位的常用组合规律,为临床针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症提供借鉴,以及针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,穴位选取具有一定规律,值得进一步推广应用。

Study on acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion forcold and wet type of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

Objective:To summarize the clinical acupoint selection rules of cold and wet type of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and to provide reference for the treatment of cold and wet type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:The literature of acupuncture and moxibustion for cold and wet type of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation collected from CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu databases from 2008 to 2018 were searched and selected.The meridians of acupoints,their locations and the characteristics of acupoints were statistically analyzed,and the clinical acupoint selection rules were summarized.Results:We collected related 36 references,46 points,among them,there were 33 meridians,2 extrinsic acupoints and 11 ashi acupoints.The total frequency was of 325 times.Shenshu(肾俞),Weizhong(委中),Jiaji(夹脊)and Huantiao(环跳),Yaoyangguan(腰阳关),Yanglingquan(阳陵泉)were the most important acupoints.The main meridians of acupoint selection were bladder meridians,gallbladder meridians and governor meridians.The location of acupoint selection was mainly dorsum and lower extremity.The specific acupoint categories are Wushu acupoint(五输穴),Bei-shu acupoint(背俞穴)and rendezvous acupoint.Conclusion:The common combination rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating cold and wet type of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were summarized,which can provide reference for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion in treating cold and wet type of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and acupuncture has a remarkable effect on the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,which has a certain pattern and is worth further application.
