清金化痰汤联合改良呼吸操训练治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果分析

目的:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(稳定期)行清金化痰汤与改良呼吸操训练联合治疗效果观察。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月青岛大学附属威海市立第二医院诊治100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(稳定期)资料,按随机数表分两组,每组50例,对照组予常规治疗,研究组予清金化痰汤与改良呼吸操训练联合治疗,分析两组患者肺功能及中医证候评分情况。结果:治疗后,研究组第1秒用力呼气量(Forced Expiratory Volume in the first second,FEV1)(2.12±0.45)L、第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(Forced Expiratory Volume in the First Second/Forced Vital Capacity,FEV1/FVC)(73.25±7.23)%比对照组高(P<0.05);且研究组中医证候评分(6.76±2.11)分比对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(稳定期)行清金化痰汤与改良呼吸操训练联合治疗,能有效改善患者中医症状,并改善其肺功能指标。

Effect of Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with modified breathing exercise training on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective:To observe the effect of combined treatment of Qingjin Huatan Decoction(清金化痰汤)and modified respiratory exercise on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(stable period).Methods:100 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(stable period)were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019.According to the random number table,50 patients in each group were given routine treatment.The study group received the combination of Qingjin Huatan Decoction and modified respiratory exercise training,the lung function and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the FEV1(2.12±0.45)L and FEV1/FVC(73.25±7.23)%were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score(6.76±2.11)in the study group was less than that in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with and modified respiratory training can effectively relieve the TCM symptoms of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(stable period)and improve the lung function.
