红霉素耐药粪肠球菌ermB基因及水平转移分析

摘    要:目的研究临床分离的红霉素耐药粪肠球菌中红霉素耐药基因ermB及其水平转移情况。方法采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法检测红霉素耐药粪肠球菌耐药基因ermB,采用液体环境传递法研究红霉素耐药基因ermB水平转移情况。结果 20株耐红霉素粪肠球菌中ermB基因17株为阳性,阳性率为85.00%。液体环境传递实验结果表明,3.57%(10/280)菌株携带的ermB基因在粪肠球菌之间液体环境中水平转移;1.39%(4/288)菌株携带的ermB基因在粪肠球菌与葡萄球菌之间液体环境中水平转移;无法统计菌株携带的ermB基因在粪肠球菌与大肠杆菌之间液体环境中水平转移情况。结论耐红霉素粪肠球菌ermB基因携带率较高,且该基因在粪肠球菌间和异种菌株间液体环境下可发生水平转移。

Abstract:Objective To study the ermB resistance gene and its horizontal metastasis in erythromycin-resistant enterococcus faecalis. Methods Erythromycin-resistant enterococcus faecalis resistance gene ermB was detected by PCR. Level transfer of erythromycin-resistant gene ermB was studied by liquid environmental transfer method. Results Among the 20 strains of erythromycin-resistant enterococcus faecalis,17 of the ermB gene were positive,and the positive rate was 85.00%.The results of liquid environment transfer experiment showed that 3.57%(10/280)strains carried the ermB gene horizontally transferred in the liquid environment between enterococcus faecalis and 1.39%(4/288)strains carried the ermB gene horizontally transferred in the liquid environment between enterococcus faecalis and staphylococcus. It was impossible to count the horizontal transfer of the ermB gene carried by the strains in the liquid environment between enterococcus faecalis and E.coli. Conclusion The ermB gene carrying rate of erythromycin-resistant enterococcus faecalis is high,and this gene can be transferred horizontally in the liquid environment between enterococcus faecalis and heterologous strains.
