摘    要:随着社会的发展,失眠症的发病率逐年升高,给人类健康带来很大威胁。中医对失眠症的认识以营卫阴阳、五神、脏腑等因素为立论,取得了显著疗效。但通常因为中医辨证切入角度不同,方法各异,分型差异偏大,疗效判断标准难以趋同,使后人较难重复前人较高的临床疗效,中医治疗失眠症良好疗效也难以得到进一步推广与传承。因此建立客观、可行、依据单一症状确立五脏病位的中医不寐五神分型失眠症中医辨证分型标准,是目前失眠症中医研究的关键点之一。

Abstract:With the development of society,the incidence of insomnia is increasing year by year,which brings great threat to human health.TCM's understanding of insomnia is based on Ying and Wei,Yin and Yang,five Shen and Zangfu organs,which has achieved significant results in treating insomnia.However,because of different angles of TCM syndrome differentiation,different methods,and significant classification differences,it is difficult to converge the efficacy judgment standards,making it difficult for future generations to repeat the higher clinical efficacy achieved by the previous generation,and it is difficult to further promote the good curative effect and the heritage of TCM in treating insomnia.Therefore,it is one of the key points of current TCM researches on insomnia to establish an objective,feasible,and established standard TCM syndrome differentiation based on a single symptom.
