针灸课程教学方法文献计量学研究

摘    要:目的采用文献计量学的方法,系统分析针灸课程教学方法研究现状,为今后针灸教学实践提供重要参考。方法检索重庆维普、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库等四大数据库,检索时间均由建库(2001年)至2019年,主要检索词为"针灸学""经络腧穴学""刺法灸法学""针灸治疗学""实验针灸学""教学方法",运用文献管理器NoteExpress软件,纳入相关的研究类文献。按以下种类采集相关信息,包括发表时间、地域、发表期刊、涉及课程、教学方法、文献研究类型等,通过统计文献频次计算其构成比,将每个项目及其"发表篇数"和"构成比"数据同时纳入表格。结果共纳入90篇,涉及5门针灸课程;主要集中在PBL教学法(84.4%)、多媒体教学法(10%)、翻转课堂(6.67%)等;研究数量自2001年起不稳定增长,分布在辽宁、广州、江西等高校;发表期刊多为非核心期刊(15.56%),随机对照试验占32.22%。结论目前针灸课程教学方法种类多样,但有待于进一步立体化,教学文献质量有待提高,应将随机化原则应用于教学研究中。

Abstract:Objective This paper aims at conducting a bibliometric study on the teaching methods of acupuncture and moxibustion courses to provide suggestions and solutions to the teaching in the future.Methods The literature was retrieved from four databases China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Biomedicine Database Disc,VIP and Wanfang Data from 2001 to 2019.The main searching terms were"acupuncturology","meridians and acupoints","subject of acupuncture and moxibustion technique","acupuncture andmoxibustion therapy","experimental acupuncture and moxibustion",and"teaching method".By using Note Express software,we collected the relevant information according to the following categories,publication time,region,journal publication,courses involved,teaching methods,literature research types,etc.The composition ratio was calculated by statistical literature frequency,and the data of each item and its"number of publications"and"composition ratio"were included in the table.Results A total of 90 articles were included,involving 5 acupuncture courses.The main focuses of the research are PBL teaching method(84.4%),multimedia teaching method(10%)and flipped classroom(6.67%).Since 2001,the number of studies has been growing unsteadily in TCM colleges and universities especially in Liaoning,Guangzhou and Jiangxi.Most of the published journals were non-core journals(15.56%),and 32.22%were randomized controlled trial papers.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion teaching methods are diverse,but teaching should be enhanced by implementing three-dimensional teaching mode,and teachers should improve the quality of their academic publications,and randomization principles should be applied in the teaching of research.
