早中期股骨头坏死应用活血壮骨方联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗的效果研究

摘    要:目的:分析早中期股骨头坏死应用活血壮骨方联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗的效果研究。方法:选取2017年10月-2018年11月重庆市万州区妇幼保健院收治的早中期股骨头坏死患者96例为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组48例主要为阿仑膦酸钠治疗,观察组48例,主要采用活血壮骨方加阿仑膦酸钠治疗,对比两种治疗方式的效果。结果:观察组患者临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛状况评分显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为早中期股骨头坏死患者进行活血壮骨方联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗可有效提升临床治疗效果,减轻疼痛症状,有临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of Huoxue Zhuanggu Decoction(活血壮骨方)combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of femoral head necrosis in the early and middle stages.Methods:96 cases of femoral head necrosis treated in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group(48 cases),who was treated with alendronate sodium,and the observation group(48 cases),who received Huoxue Zhuanggu Decoction combined with alendronate sodium with the randomized number table method.The effect of the two treatment methods was compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Zhuanggu Decoction combined with alendronate sodium can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and relieve pain symptoms for patients with femoral head necrosis in the early and middle stages,which has clinical application value.
