补肾益气活血法联合维生素D治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症

目的观察补肾益气活血法联合及维生素D治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症(osteorosis pathological,OP) 的临床疗效。方法将89例围绝经期骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组(替勃龙干预)30例,维生素D组(替勃龙加维生素D干预)32例及补肾益气活血加维生素D组(替勃龙加补肾益气活血法加维生素D干预)27例。结果治疗后,补肾益气活血加维生素D组的显效率为74.07%(20/27),明显优于对照组的40.00%(12/30)和维生素D组的46.87%(15/32),补肾益气活血加维生素D组总有效率达到92.59%(25/27),明显优于对照组的66.67%(20/30),均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。干预8周后3组ALP、BGP及维生素D水平组内均存在统计学差异(P<0.05),其中补肾益气活血加维生素D组的ALP、BGP及维生素D水平分别为(56.6±11.6)IU/L、(10.3±3.3)μg/L及(29.6±6.9)ng/L,前两指标明显低于对照组的(64.8±12.6)IU/L及(13.6±5.3)μg/L,维生素D水平显著高于对照组的(25.3±5.5)ng/L,均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论维生素D结合补肾益气活血法治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症临床更有效,主要体现在可显著降低患者的血清骨代谢指标水平,提升血清维生素D水平。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Osteoporosis in Perimenopausal with Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Combined with Vitamin D

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and security of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue combined with Vitamin D treatment of perimenopausal osteoporosis(OP).Methods 89 patients with OP were randomly divided into control group(27 cases treated with tibolone),Vitamin D group(32 cases treated with tibolone and Vitamin D)and Bushen Yiqi Huoxue and Vitamin D group(27 cases treated with tibolone,vitamin D and Bushen Yiqi Huoxue).Results After treatment,the significant efficiency of the Yiqi Buxue and Vitamin D group was 74.07%(20/27),which was significantly better than that of control group 40.00%(12/30)and 46.87%of the Vitamin D group(15/32).The total efficiency of Yiqi Buxue and Vitamin D group was 92.59%(25/27),which was significantly better than that of control group,the latter was 66.67%(20/30),there were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,there were statistical differences in ALP,BGP and Vitamin D levels among the three groups(P<0.05).Among them,the ALP,BGP and Vitamin D levels of Yiqi Buxue and Vitamin D group were(56.6±11.6I)U/L,(10.3±3.3)kg/L and(29.6±6.9)ng/L,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group which were(64.8±12.6)IU/L and(13.6±5.3)g/L.The levels of Vitamin D were significantly higher than those of the control group,that is(25.3±5.5)ng/L,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D combined with Yiqi Buxue in the routine treatment may be more clinical in OP,which is mainly reflected in significantly reducing the serum bone metabolism index level of patients and improving the serum Vitamin D level.
