重症肺炎患者应用清肺保元汤联合西药治疗的效果

目的:研究分析清肺保元汤联合西药在重症肺炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:将2017年2月-2018年2月入我院治疗的100例重症肺炎患者采用随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,每组患者均为50例,其中对照组患者采用西药(头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠)治疗,观察组在以上基础加以清肺保元汤治疗,经相应疗程后对两组患者临床治疗效果进行详细统计、对患者中医证候积分记录以及患者治疗前后血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平及白细胞介素-2 (Interleukin-2,IL-2)、凝血功能组合改善情况比较。结果:治疗后两组相比,观察组疗效更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),两组患者中医证候积分比较无显著差异(P> 0.05),两组患者IL-2及IL-6以及IFN-γ与治疗前相比均得到明显下降,组间比较,观察组更具优势,两组D-二聚体(D-dimer)及凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)较治疗前相比得到升高,纤维蛋白原(FIB)降低,组间比较,观察组患者改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在重症肺炎患者治疗中有效应用清肺保元汤联合西药进行治疗具有明显治疗效果,同时可有效抑制患者自身IL-2及IL-6与IFN-γ过度分泌,可尽快帮助患者消退炎症反应,从而顺利达到治愈目的,值得临床广泛运用。

Efficacy of the Qingfei Baoyuan decoction plus western medicine on severe pneumonia

Objective:To study the effect of the Qingfei Baoyuan decoction(清肺保元汤)with western medicine on severe pneumonia.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The observation group was treated with the Qingfei Baoyuan decoction more.Results:Efficiency in the observation group was better than the control group(P﹤0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between two groups(P﹥0.05).IL-2,IL-6 and IFN-γwere decreased in both groups after treatment,and those in the observation group were better.The D-dimer and PT,TT and APTT in the two groups were higher than that before treatment,and the FIB was decreased.The improvement in the observation group was better(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Qingfei Baoyuan decoction with western medicine was effective,and can effectively inhibit the excessive secretion of IL-2 and IL-6 and IFN-γ,which can help patients to resolve the inflammatory reaction as soon as possible,and is worthy of extensive clinical application.
