西药痛点注射结合手法推拿治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

目的:观察西药痛点注射结合手法推拿治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:选取我院2018年5月-2019年5月间收治的肩周炎患者80例为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患者40例。对照组采用西药痛点注射发治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上急用手法推拿治疗。比较两组患者的治疗有效率,疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分和Neer评分来评价肩关节疼痛感和功能。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组患者VAS评分较治疗前降低,Neer评分较治疗前升高,且观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组,Neer评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:西药痛点注射结合手法推拿治疗肩周炎疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating frozen shoulder by pain point injection with western medicine plus manual massage

Objective:To observe efficacy of pain point injection with western medicine plus manual massage on frozen shoulder.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with injection of western medicine at pain points,and the observation group was treated by manual massage more.Results:Efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in the two groups was lower than before the treatment,and the Neer score was higher than before the treatment.The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Neer score was higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Western medicine pain point injection plus manual massage on frozen shoulder is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
