当归补血汤加减治疗化疗后免疫功能下降及骨髓抑制的临床疗效

目的:分析对化疗后免疫功能下降及骨髓抑制采用当归补血汤治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年2月本院收治的48例恶性肿瘤患者。随机分为研究组与参照组,各24例患者。参照组依据每位患者的疾病拟定相对应的化疗方案行传统治疗,研究组在参照组的基础上给予当归补血汤辅助治疗,两组治疗1个月后分析对比患者的免疫功能、骨髓抑制及临床症状。结果:研究组加服当归补血汤治疗后,患者血清免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)G与IgM数量显著增多,且明显大于参照组(P<0.05);参照组的CD3+指标经治疗后明显减少(P<0.05);而治疗后研究组的CD4+/CD8+、CD4+、CD3+指标较治疗前有显著增加,且明显大于参照组指标,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组Ⅲ度和Ⅳ度的血小板、血红蛋白与白细胞降低的次数显著小于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的临床疗效总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归补血汤治疗化疗后患者有良好的效果,可以增加机体的免疫力、对骨髓抑制有一定的作用、改善临床症状、提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy of the Danggui Buxue decoction on immune function after chemotherapy and myelosuppression

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Danggui Buxue decoction(当归补血汤)on immune function and after chemotherapy and myelosuppression.Methods:48 patients were randomly divided into the study group and reference group,24 patients in each.The reference group was given conventional treatment according to chemotherapy.The study group took the Danggui Buxue decoction more.Results:The serum IgG and IgM levels in the study group were more than the reference group(P<0.05).The CD3+in the reference group was lower(P<0.05).CD4+/CD8+,CD4+,and CD3+in the study group were more than the reference group(P<0.05).Platelets,hemoglobin,and number of leukocyte reductions were significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the study group was highe the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Danggui Buxue decoction was effective on immune function and after chemotherapy and myelosuppression,by increasing immunity,improving the clinical symptoms and the quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
