以俯身呼吸困难为首发表现的老年慢性心力衰竭1例病例报告并文献复习

俯身呼吸困难是近年被认可的慢性心力衰竭的一个临床特征,在慢性心力衰竭的诊断及预后判断中具有独特的价值,但尚未得到国内临床医生的重视。报道本院诊治的1例以俯身呼吸困难为首发表现的老年慢性心力衰竭病例,提出俯身呼吸困难具有极高的特异性和临床指导价值,有必要提高临床医生的认识,增加其在心力衰竭临床评估中的应用,推进更多基础及临床相关的研究,大力促进心力衰竭诊疗的进步。

One case report on difficulty in breathing in bending as the first symptom in the elderly with chronic heart failure and literature review

Difficulty in breathing in bending has recently been defined as a clinical characteristic of chronic heart failure,with unique value in the diagnosis and prognosis of chronic heart failure,while it has not received the attention of domestic clinicians.In the paper,one case with difficulty in breathing in bending as the first symptom of chronic heart failure is reported.It is necessary to improve the understanding of clinicians,increase their application in the clinical evaluation of heart failure,promote more basic and clinical related research,and vigorously promote the progress of heart failure diagnosis and treatment.
