| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期中医康复护理干预改善脑中风预后的效果。方法:选取2016年6月-2018年6月我院收治的60例脑中风患者纳入研究,对照组(30例)采用常规护理;给予观察组(30例)患者早期中医康复护理干预,比较两组患者的康复效果和生活质量。结果:观察组患者的日常自理能力、运动功能、神经功能改善程度优于对照组;生理、心理、社会、环境几方面的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑中风患者进行早期中医康复护理干预,有助于改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore efficacy of early TCM rehabilitation nursing intervention on prognosis of stroke.Methods:60 cases of stroke admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were included in the study and the control group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given early TCM rehabilitation nursing intervention.The rehabilitation effect and quality of life in two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of daily self-care ability,motor function and nerve function in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The scores of physical,psychological,social and environmental quality of life were higher than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Early TCM rehabilitation nursing intervention on stroke shows good effects,can improve the prognosis. |
