中药熏洗治疗联合肛肠科优质护理在混合痔术后临床疗效观察

目的:通过中药熏洗治疗联合肛肠科优质护理对肛肠科术后的有效率、疼痛、水肿、愈合时间等观察,探讨其临床疗效。方法:将2018年1月-2019年1月本院收治的80例混合痔患者作为研究对象,按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,治疗组行中药熏洗治疗联合肛肠科优质护理干预,对照组行常规护理干预。观察并比较两组总有效率、疼痛率、创面愈合时间。结果:试验组与对照组在总有效率比较方面没有显著差异性;试验组在第3 d、第7 d疼痛情况比较差异具有显著统计学意义(P <0.05),试验组疼痛情况改善明显;试验组创面愈合时间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),试验组创面愈合时间较对照组愈合时间短。结论:对混合痔术后进行中药熏洗治疗联合肛肠科优质护理干预,能够减轻患者术后疼痛等不适症状,提高患者生活质量,缩短创面愈合的时间。

Clinical effects of fumigation and washing with TCM medicine plus high quality nursing after mixed hemorrhoid surgery

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy fumigation and washing with TCM medicine plus high-quality nursing after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in our hospital as the research object were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given washing treatment plus high-quality nursing in anorectal department,and the control group received routine nursing.Results:There was no difference in the overall effective rate between the treatment group and the control group.There was a significant difference in pain between the experimental group on the 3rd day and the 7th day (P﹤0.05). The pain and time of woundhealing in the treatment group were better (P﹤0.05). Conclusion: TCM medicine fumigation and washing with high-quality nursing aftermixed hemorrhoid surgery can reduce postoperative pain and other discomforts, improve quality of life, and shorten the time of woundhealing.
