| 摘 要： | 大黄素是从大黄等多种中药中提取的有效成分之一,具有抗肿瘤、抑菌、抗炎、抗氧化、轻度泻下、保肝等多种作用,而大黄素在抗肝癌治疗的研究表明,其可能是一种潜力巨大的药物。通过分析2008-2019年大黄素抗肿瘤的相关文献,发现大黄素具有抑制肝癌细胞的增殖分裂,促进凋亡,抑制微环境中新生血管的生成及肝癌细胞的侵袭和迁移能力等作用。

| Abstract: | Emodin is one of the active ingredients extracted from various traditional chinese medicines such as rhubarb.It has anti-tumor,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,mild diarrhea,liver protection and other effects.Studies have shown that it may be a drug with great potential.By analysising the literature on anti-tumor of emodin from 2008 to 2019,it was shown that emodin can inhibit the proliferation and division of hepatic carcinoma cells,promote apoptosis,inhibit the formation of new blood vessels in the microenvironment,and inhibit the invasion and migration ability of hepatic carcinoma cells. |
